- We do not accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits, intimates, and swimsuits. Please note all sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- We do not offer refunds. We will gladly issue you a store credit to the email address on your account. Store credit can be used for future orders on your account and do not expire.
- Returned item(s) must be unworn, in original condition and have all tags still attached.
- Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For return items, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat rate shipping. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where returns are deemed faulty by our team.
- Once we receive your returned item(s) we will email you that your item(s) has been received.
STEPS TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE:
- Go to your account.
- Request return under the order history then receive a return label via email.
- Fill out the return form included in your shipment and enclose in your return package.
- Send the items back to us at your local Post Office.

How to exchange the item in different color or size?
If you wish to exchange the item to another size or color, please put the item's information, indicate "Exchange" under the description with the color and size you would like to exchange. Then ship it back to us.
Please note that stock availability of the item can vary and we may have no longer have stock.
In this case you will need to select a new item or accept a store credit.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however we will offer you a store credit via your account after receipt of your return item. The store credit never expires.
Our Customer Care team treats every order with special care and each item is individually packaged and thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure your order arrives in good condition. In the event of an item being delivered in faulty condition, we will provide a full refund after following these steps:
- You notify us within 14 days from delivery date providing a description of the issue in your item along with pictures as proof via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- It may take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
How can I track my return package? (U.S. Customers ONLY)
When you return your package via UPS, DHL or USPS, please make sure to get a tracking number as you drop the return package in person.
